Q: "Do you offer an Emergency Rush for Standard Alterations?"
YES! We do offer a rush on our standard alterations for an additional charge ($25+). This is estimated based on the complexity of the order, how soon your requested delivery date is, and the current availability we have in the shop.
Q: "How long is your regular turn around?"
Usually two weeks or less! Obviously, the more items your bring in the longer the order can take. However, we will set the delivery date at fitting, so you will never leave your appointment without a confirmation.
Q: "Do you require a minimum charge?"
Yes, there is a $35 minimum for Standard Alterations.
Q: "Do you offer a Rush on formal alteration orders?"
Yes! If we have the scheduling availability, we offer a 48 hour rush turnaround. (Rush Fee for formal starting at $50+.)
Q: "How do your fittings work?"
At Banigan Artistry, we pride ourselves on being one of the only alterations companies in the market still making house calls!
1. Submit an order request, we will review your alteration needs and send you an estimate.
2. Working with your schedule, we find and agree upon a "fitting" time to have your private one-on-one alterations meeting.
3. You are always welcome to come to us, or we can come to you and hold your appointment in the comfort of your home! We gather all your measurements for every piece you need altered, then head out the door, returning for drop off within two weeks!
Q: "How much is owed at the first appointment?"
Appointments are complimentary for clients who leave their garments with us the same day. No shows and late cancellations will incur a $30 fee ($50 for wedding dress fittings). Acceptable forms of payment are Venmo, Paypal, Check & Cash.
50% of your invoice will be due at your first fitting. The full balance is due at the last fitting.
